Swedish Massage
This classical massage uses firm slow strokes which helps reduce muscle tension as well as encourage mental relaxation. Each massage is individually tailored to target problem areas with the aim of lowering the incidence and intensity of muscle aches and pains.
- 45 minutes – £30 for back, neck and shoulders.
- 1 hour – £35 to also include the legs or arms.
- 1¼ hour – £40 for full body.
